Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience with a strong trial record.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and elevate team performance.
  • Ability to manage heavy caseloads and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Desire to contribute to the growth and scaling of the firm.
  • Strong advocacy skills with a client-focused approach.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
