Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate partner with 8 years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique. The candidate should preferably have extensive experience with corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base. Must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills are needed. Book of business required (at least $500K ideal). Must be Licensed in Texas, Florida, or California.
