Duties

• Prepare for and represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.

• Maintain communication with clients and attorneys regarding case developments.
• Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored to clients' needs.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan.
• Experience in commercial litigation.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
