Job Overview

Duties

• Independently manage litigation files on a day-to-day basis.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for cohesive case management.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, suggesting optimal courses of action.
• Provide legal representation in court proceedings related to civil matters.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience in handling litigation cases.
• Strong client service focus and communication skills.

• Desire to live and work in Central Illinois.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar.

Education
