Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Leasing Attorney with a minimum of eight years' experience in commercial leasing to join its Real Estate Group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Reston, VA.

Duties

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related agreements.
• Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
• Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science property leases.
• Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
