Duties

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.

Requirements

• Reside in or near Texas.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Experience in first-party law required.
• Preferably have plaintiff-side experience.
• Experience in property damage required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Provide three professional references.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
