A mid-sized firm with reputation that places it in the top 2-3 firms in the Twin Cities, this firm has become very successful in less than 25 years since its inception. Its practice areas include litigation, environmental and employment law, employee benefits, real estate, governmental affairs, banking/finance and general corporate matters. Its lawyers come from Harvard, University of Minnesota and small regional schools, with excellent academic credentials. Compensation at the firm is top of the market in the Twin Cities, and the billable hourly requirement is quite reasonable, although you are expected to work the weekend and nights if asked to do so by the partners. Everyone seems content being at the firm, and people tend to remain at the firm for the long haul.
