Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Associate to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in corporate transactions, focusing on public and private M&A, including private equity. Duties

• Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Manage and lead due diligence teams.
• Collaborate effectively across practice areas.
• Train and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in corporate transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements.
• Proficiency in drafting complex M&A and private equity documents.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
