Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, modifications, enforcements, and adoptions.
• Represent clients in courtroom hearings and trials across West Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and paralegals to provide outstanding client service.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and advocacy for clients.

Requirements

• Active Texas State Bar license (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of legal practice in family law, with courtroom and trial experience.
• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while thriving in a team-focused environment.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
