• Provide expert legal advice and strategy to clients
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare and execute case strategies
• Participate in depositions, client meetings, and court appearances
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to healthcare industry matters
• Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective legal solutions

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation
• Demonstrated interest in trial work and courtroom experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of legal procedures, rules of evidence, and civil litigation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Illinois
