Prepare and file PERM labor certifications, H-1B, L-1, and other employment-based immigration petitions
Manage a high-volume caseload with careful attention to detail and deadlines
Draft legal documentation including petition letters, supporting evidence, and compliance materials
Conduct legal research on immigration regulations and policies
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategic planning for client matters
Communicate with corporate clients regarding case strategy, compliance requirements, and documentation
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law
Prior experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 filings is required
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
