Duties:

  • Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations

  • Maintain effective communication with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and team members

  • Organize case files and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure client satisfaction and case success

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in the state of Arizona

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational ability

  • High level of comfort with legal technology and case management software

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving litigation environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar

Skills:

  • Litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred

  • Energetic, client-focused approach with a positive attitude

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
