Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-to-senior level Labor and Employment Associate to join its San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions.

Duties

• Manage and lead employment litigation cases.
• Supervise junior associates and staff.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Conduct depositions and courtroom proceedings.
• Provide employment advice and counseling.

Requirements

• Five or more years of employment litigation experience.
• Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Licensed to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
