Duties:

• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, and taking depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed written reports and presentations.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering business development.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure successful case outcomes.
• Participate in firm marketing efforts by promoting services to current and potential clients.
• Travel may be required for certain case-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in handling case management, motions, discovery, and depositions.
• Proven ability to handle court proceedings and client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
