A law firm seeks a Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join its San Francisco, California office. The successful candidate will manage a caseload, engage in motion practice, and participate in courtroom proceedings.

Duties

• Manage case files and prepare legal documents.
• Engage in motion practice and trial preparation.
• Participate in depositions and alternative dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators.

Requirements

• Active California license required.
• Experience in financial services litigation preferred.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in e-discovery and fact development.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, UCC, EFTA, TILA, and UCL/UDAP.
