Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a highly qualified and motivated mid-level Corporate Associate to expand its Corporate, Securities, and M&A Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions, and will be ready to take on broader aspects of complex transactions with mentorship from experienced colleagues.

Duties

• Lead and manage complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Conduct due diligence and prepare related materials
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on legal developments in corporate law

Requirements

• Mid-level experience in corporate law, capital markets, or M&A
• Proven record of good judgment and strong analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the relevant state(s)
