Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Manage complex discovery and case strategy.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation.
• Prepare legal reports and correspondence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred).
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Ohio Bar License.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Professional, proactive, and ethical work style.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.

Education
