Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from start to finish, including trying cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and motions
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court trials
• Collaborate with clients to understand case specifics and develop strategies
• Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the litigation process

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of trial experience in civil litigation
• Strong trial and legal writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a full caseload and work independently with paralegal support

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
