Duties

  • Draft and argue civil motions with clarity and precision

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Serve a broad range of clients including professionals and institutional entities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience

  • Proven ability to handle civil litigation tasks independently

  • Strong courtroom and deposition skills

  • Committed to high standards of professionalism and legal service

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active member of the Oregon State Bar

  • Admission to the Washington State Bar is a plus
