  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and litigation files
  • Supervise paralegals and administrative staff

Requirements

  • Experience handling workers’ compensation cases preferred
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
