Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of project finance experience.
• Experience at a national or international law firm preferred.
• New York bar membership preferred, required within one year.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York or eligible for admission.
