Job Overview
A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing. A strong interest in lender-side real estate financing is preferred.

• Duties
• Handle commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and leasing.

• Requirements
• Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
