A law firm seeks a probate attorney in Fairlawn, OH, to join their personal injury team. Duties

  • Oversee probate proceedings for clients involved in personal injury cases.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal probate laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Ohio probate law and procedures.
  • Experience handling probate matters related to personal injury settlements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with legal research and case management software.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active Ohio Bar license.

Skills

  • 2+ years of probate law experience preferred; personal injury experience a plus.
