Family Law Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Austin, Texas. This position offers experienced attorneys the opportunity to focus on family law in a supportive and collaborative environment. Duties

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
• Provide superior customer service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years practicing family law in Texas; 5+ years preferred.
• Active Texas Bar license for at least 2 years.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in conducting hearings, mediations, and consultations.
• Working knowledge of Clio, TxDoc, or similar client billing and drafting software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
