Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct exceptional research, writing, and briefing.
• Assess cases for liability, loss, and damages.
• Manage client reporting, billing, budgeting, and case management.
• Draft and respond to discovery.
• Conduct depositions.
• Apply knowledge of federal, state, and local rules.
• Meet or exceed monthly billable hour goals.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
• Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Texas Bar License.
