Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate with OSHA experience to join its practice group in California. Duties

  • Handle OSHA litigation matters in California, Arizona, and/or Nevada.

  • Manage discovery processes effectively.
  • Apply knowledge of OSHA standards in legal proceedings.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of OSHA litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
  • State Bar membership in the practicing jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active State Bar membership.
