Duties

Requirements

• 4-6 years of commercial finance experience in a law firm.
• Experience in drafting and managing loan documents.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Admitted in, or taking steps to become admitted in, Illinois or Texas.

Education

• J.D. degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the applicable jurisdiction.
