Duties

  • Guide clients through case assessment, eligibility, and bankruptcy preparation.
  • Draft and file petitions, prepare schedules and disclosures, and represent clients at hearings.
  • Negotiate with creditors and trustees for optimal client outcomes.
  • Mentor colleagues in customer care, communication, and professionalism.

  • Enhance the firm's reputation by making clients feel at ease and empowered.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited school.
  • Active, clean Arizona Bar license.
  • Six months to one year of Chapter 7 practice; additional state bars and debt settlement experience are a plus.
  • Experience in hospitality or direct client-service industries is beneficial.
  • Adaptable, skilled communicator and problem-solver.
  • Client-centered, non-confrontational interaction style.
  • Comfortable with technology: NextChapter, MS Office, CRM tools.
  • Eager for rapid onboarding and independent work.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited school.

Certifications

  • Active Arizona Bar license.
