Duties

• Represent entrepreneurs in lower middle-market acquisitions and search fund formation.
• Handle debt financings, commercial lending, and capital raises.
• Conduct due diligence and manage contract review and negotiation.
• Advise on corporate governance matters.
• Independently manage small to mid-sized matters or portions of large, complex matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Active member in good standing of the bar.
• Experience with generative AI platforms preferred.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.
