Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Investment Funds Associate in Raleigh, NC. This role involves representing various public and private real estate entities in complex transactions.

Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for investment funds.
  • Represent clients in real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Collaborate with public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors.
  • Engage in complex financings and development of commercial real estate.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Produce timely and accurate work products.
  • Meet deadlines and manage competing demands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law preferred.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of office location.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Good business judgment and attention to detail.
