Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Corporate Midlevel or Senior Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join their Raleigh, NC office. The successful candidate will provide legal counsel throughout the business life cycle to a diverse clientele, including publicly traded and privately held companies, investors, and family trusts. Prior experience with public or private company deals or financings is required.

Duties

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients across various industries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of corporate legal experience.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
