A law firm seeks a Class Action Associate for its Pittsburgh, PA office. The firm specializes in employment and labor law, providing strategic solutions to employers nationwide. Duties

  • Handle defense of agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits.
  • Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations.
  • Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • 3+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work.
  • Admitted to PA Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience acting as Lead Counsel.
  • Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to PA Bar and in good standing.

Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
