Duties

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in 24/7/365 breach response services.
• Collaborate with global teams on cyber matters.
• Propose litigation strategies and draft legal documents.
• Manage crisis situations and regulatory data risk issues.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience.
• 2-6 years of cyber incident response work.
• Experience in crisis management and regulatory investigations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
