Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs and service agreements.
  • Assist with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on transactional matters.
  • Support due diligence efforts and prepare related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and manage timelines for ongoing transactions.
  • Stay current with relevant laws and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in transactional law.
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of contract and corporate law.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with M&A transactions and corporate governance preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.

Education
