Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Investment Funds Associate in Wilmington, DE. Duties

  • Manage structured securities offerings for the Investment Funds Group.
  • Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and financings.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in structured securities offerings.
  • Experience with commercial real estate law is essential.
  • AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the state of office location.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and business judgment abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
