Duties

• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
• Manage a full caseload with minimal supervision

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation
• Proven courtroom and deposition experience
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and litigation practice
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
• Licensed to practice law in California

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar
• Admission to U.S. District Courts in California (preferred)
