Duties:

• Perform thorough legal research and provide informed, strategic legal recommendations on complex disputes.

• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings.

• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and related legal correspondence.

• Oversee all stages of litigation, maintaining control over deadlines, filings, and client communications.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver proactive legal strategies.

• Advise on business matters, including corporate structure, contractual agreements, and governance issues.

Requirements:

• Current license to practice law in the state of Texas.

• 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial litigation.

• Familiarity with both litigation strategy and business law principles.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize independently.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

• Prior first-chair trial experience is advantageous.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
