Duties

  • Manage pre-litigation and litigation phases of personal injury cases

  • Assist clients through the entire claims process, from initial intake to settlement or verdict

  • Draft letters, demands, legal documents, pleadings, and motions

  • Negotiate pre-litigation settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel

  • Conduct discovery, depositions, and prepare cases for trial

  • Provide clear communication and guidance to clients during all stages of their case

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal representation

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar

  • Willingness to relocate to Rockwall, TX prior to start date (if not local)

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable transportation to commute to the Rockwall office

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active Texas Bar License (Required)
