This role involves providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses, with a focus on immigration matters such as asylum, deportation defense, family visas, green cards, and citizenship. Duties:

• Handle immigration cases from start to finish, including strategy planning and execution.
• Meet with clients to assess case strategies and provide counsel on legal options.
• Represent clients in immigration courts, USCIS interviews, and related legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file legal motions, petitions, briefs, and immigration applications.
• Supervise and collaborate with legal and administrative team members on case-related workflows.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement program protocols, workflows, and firm policies.
• Communicate effectively with third parties, opposing counsel, and courts as needed.
• Participate in regular meetings with the legal team and provide case status updates.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the United States and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Prior experience in immigration law is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (required).

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in Nevada.
