Corporate Transactional Partner

Waco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate transactional partner with 8+ years of corporate transactional experience with either a large law firm or a sophisticated corporate boutique. The candidate should preferably have extensive experience in corporate, M&A, and/or real estate matters and a portable client base (at least $500K ideal). Must have proven business development skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of the practice. Must be licensed in Texas, Florida, or California. Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills are needed.
