Litigation Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience for its office in Birmingham, MI. The ideal candidate will have significant products liability experience and be licensed to practice law in Michigan or eligible for admission without examination.

Duties

• Prepare for trials, including managing files and conducting motion practice.
• Conduct depositions and engage in strong advocacy and negotiation.
• Manage a significant portfolio of work in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of litigation experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in and knowledge of the hunting industry preferred.
• Ability to work at least 3 days in the office with some travel required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan or eligible for admission without examination.
