Job Overview:
A nationally recognized civil litigation law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team, with a focus on evaluating and litigating false advertising, consumer protection, and other class or mass action matters. This position is open to candidates licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction and offers a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement, depending on location and qualifications. The firm is known for pioneering impactful litigation strategies in antitrust, securities, employment, environmental, and civil rights law.

Location:

  • Minneapolis, MN

Duties:

  • Evaluate potential cases involving consumer protection, false advertising, and related matters

  • Work collaboratively with intake staff to assess new client inquiries

  • Identify and assess opportunities for mass arbitration

  • Draft detailed and strategic complaints for class and individual actions

  • Contribute to case development and investigative strategy

  • Maintain client relationships through regular and professional communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with plaintiff-side or class action focus

  • Strong investigative instincts and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume legal setting

  • Demonstrated experience with client interaction and case evaluation

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or remote team-based environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Preference for candidates admitted in CA, WA, MN, PA, DC, or IL (not required)

Skills:

  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities

  • Strong organizational and case management skills

  • Effective communicator with clients, colleagues, and support staff

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
