Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation, Benefits, and ERISA Senior Associate or Of Counsel in Palo Alto. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&A, private equity, and restructuring transactions, focusing on executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA.

Duties

  • Conduct diligence reviews and negotiate transaction agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding academic credentials.
  • Admitted to practice and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
