Duties

• Draft legal documents for client signing and court filing.
• Stay updated on current laws and conduct legal research.
• Maintain professionalism, client privacy, and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing.
• Experience in Probate, Family Law, Estate Planning, or Estate Administration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced law firm environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
