Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in various litigation matters.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.

• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client needs.

• Manage multiple cases, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and litigation plans.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong background in legal research and writing.

• Comfortable representing clients in court and at trial.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar (or eligibility for licensure in Texas).
