Duties:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including:

  • Support disputes

  • Property division

  • Mental health and education-related legal issues

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements

• Provide strategic, compassionate legal counsel during emotionally sensitive cases

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver effective and client-focused representation

• Manage a full caseload with autonomy and accountability

Requirements:

• Ability to manage diverse family law cases from intake through resolution

• Strong client-service orientation with a high level of empathy

• Capable of working collaboratively within a legal team

• Proven ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia

• Member in good standing with the Virginia State Bar
