Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney to join a law firm in Missoula, Montana. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in litigation and a strong interest in various types of litigation. This position is suited for individuals who are strong writers, skilled oral advocates, and enjoy strategic problem-solving.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
• Participate in depositions and hearings.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record.
• Interest in diverse areas of litigation.
• Active license or willingness to obtain a license in Montana.
• Experience in depositions and hearings is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Montana or willingness to become licensed.
