Prepare and file PERM applications, H-1B petitions, L-1 petitions, and related immigration filings
Manage employment-based immigration matters from intake through completion
Draft legal documents and support filings with the Department of Labor and USCIS
Research and analyze immigration laws and regulations
Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and documentation
Coordinate with internal legal teams and external stakeholders
Minimum of 2 years of business immigration experience
Proven experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 filings
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high-volume matters
Client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Strong academic credentials required
