Job Overview:
A well-established law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its growing Real Estate Practice Group in Miami. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse and sophisticated range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. Ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, excellent law firm experience, and superior writing and communication skills.

Location:

  • Miami, FL

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and debt financing.
  • Assist in joint ventures, development projects, and leasing matters.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including agreements, memoranda, and reports.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters and transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients in real estate matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of broad real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
  • Experience with borrower-side finance is a plus.
  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Solid law firm experience in real estate practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex matters efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar admission required.

Skills:

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent legal research and analysis abilities.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • Ability to quickly navigate complex subject matter.
