Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join their team in Antioch, IL. The firm serves clients across Lake County, Southern Wisconsin, and the greater Chicagoland area, focusing on Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Litigation, and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in litigation, probate, business transactions, or real estate law. This is a full-time, in-office position with reasonable flexibility.

Duties

• Manage cases in litigation, probate, business transactions, and/or real estate.
• Meet with clients and maintain ongoing communication.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Appear in court as needed.
• Work closely with a team of experienced assistants and paralegals.
• Maintain organized and reliable workflow.

Requirements

• Active Illinois law license (required).
• Wisconsin license (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to work in-office.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple matters.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (required).
